Chiefs suspend Johnson
Thursday, October 29, 2009The Kansas City Chiefs have suspended running back Larry Johnson after he made two gay slurs over the course of a day.
Johnson first used the gay slur on his twitter account then repeated it in front of reporters the following day.
The two-time pro bowler later apologized.
Johnson will lose approximately $600,000 in pay for the one-game suspension.
